TIME TO BOND - Today is Election Day

Today is Election Day. Polls open at 7am. Let's close strong.

• Be Prepared, Be Specific - As you remind people that today is Election Day, make sure you are armed with specific information about polling locations, hours of operation & what identification is needed. Remain knowledgeable about the "most convenient" polling location & be ready to give specific directions on how to get there.

• Organize Transportation - As possible, arrange carpools and/or shuttle services to help those who may have difficulty getting to polling locations, especially the elderly, disabled, or those without access to a vehicle.

• Blast Helpful Reminders & Alerts - Utilize text messaging, emails & social media reminders to alert voters that today is the last day to vote. Again, be sure to include specific details about when & where to vote. Possibly include tips on polling times/locations when/where voting lines might not be as long.
